Festival of Trees and Lights starts Friday
Tree Week 2023: October 7-14. Tree Week takes place every year for a full week in mid-October to engage our community in celebrating and raising awareness of the value of our urban forest. Local organizations, businesses, and individuals across Jefferson County host tree-centric events, including tree planting and care activities, nature walks.

This event requires the help of hundreds of volunteers! As we are quickly approaching the event, we are still searching for volunteers! We have openings for the following shifts:
